IVF Transport Pricing Guide

Every trip is priced by route, so there is no single rate card. This guide shows what moves the price, what a quote covers, and how to get a number for your exact trip.

What does IVF transport cost by route?

The price depends on the lane, the dates and what the destination requires. The table lists each lane we quote. Your own quote is for your exact trip and arrives within 24 hours.

What does a quote cover?

A quote covers a dedicated courier who stays with the material from pickup to delivery, a dry vapour shipper, a temperature log, a chain of custody form and coordination of the paperwork with both clinics.

  • A dedicated courier who travels with the material for the whole trip, hand-carried and never in the cargo hold
  • A dry vapour shipper, so no liquid nitrogen is poured in and it can go in the cabin
  • A temperature log for the trip
  • A chain of custody form, signed and sealed at pickup and at delivery
  • A do-not-X-ray letter and a request for hand inspection at security
  • Coordination of documents with the sending and receiving clinics

Coverage options for the material in transit are explained in the quote, so you can decide before you book.

How does a hand-carry courier differ from tank shipping?

With hand-carry, one courier keeps the material with them for the whole trip. With ordinary freight, the tank is handed from one carrier to the next. That difference shapes both the price and the risk.

What affects your quote?

Four things move the price more than anything else. We explain each line of your quote so you can see where the number comes from.

Distance and route

Longer distances, limited airline options and multi-leg trips mean more courier time and more planning. A same-day drive between two Texas cities is a very different job from a two-day trip across an ocean.

Timeline

Short-notice requests can need last-minute tickets or rerouting. If your dates are flexible, tell us when you request the quote.

Paperwork at the destination

Some countries ask for import permits or consents before the material can arrive. The receiving clinic confirms what is needed and we coordinate the paperwork with them, which adds time to plan around.

Special requirements

Several tanks, a lab relocation, research samples, weekend or holiday travel and multi-stop trips are each quoted individually.

Clinics sending material regularly

If your clinic sends material often, get in touch and we will talk through scheduling and invoicing for your case.

Pricing FAQs

How much does IVF cryogenic transport cost?

The price depends on the route, the dates and what the receiving country requires, so we quote each trip individually and answer within 24 hours. Send your route and dates through the quote form and you will get a price for your exact trip, not a general range.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly. You receive an itemized invoice, and your insurer or plan administrator can tell you whether it qualifies for reimbursement or HSA and FSA use.

Are there any hidden fees?

The quote lists what is included and any optional extras, such as extra tanks or weekend travel, before you book. Changes you ask for after booking can change the total.

What is included in the price?

A quote covers the dedicated courier, the dry vapour shipper, the temperature log, the chain of custody form and coordination of documents with both clinics. Coverage options are explained in the quote.
