How far in advance should we book?
For planned transfers, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance. However, we can accommodate same-day and next-day urgent requests with priority service.
Can we ship multiple patients' samples together?
Yes, absolutely. We can consolidate multiple samples in one shipment to the same destination clinic, which often reduces per-patient costs. Each sample maintains separate chain of custody documentation.
What if the receiving clinic changes their schedule?
We understand clinic schedules can change. Contact us immediately and we'll coordinate with all parties to adjust pickup/delivery times. For significant delays, we can arrange temporary storage at an approved facility.
Do you provide the dry shipper or do we need our own?
We provide IATA-certified dry shippers with all necessary equipment. If you prefer to use your own shipper, we can accommodate that, though it must meet our safety and certification standards.
How do we track the shipment?
You'll receive a unique tracking link with real-time GPS location and temperature monitoring. Both sending and receiving clinics can access this 24/7. We also provide status updates at key milestones.
